CHANGING LIVES, ONE COURSE AT A TIME

Our Mission

Ambassadors Corporations and Education (ACE) and Ambassadors of Compassion (AOC) is a conglomeration of talented educators, leaders, and mentors who are dedicated to the task of building resiliency and character in our future leaders of tomorrow. The ACE/AOC curriculum seeks to equips youth with the critical skills necessary to navigate and succeed through life’s inevitable challenges. Character based instruction is fundamental to our program, ensuring students receive not only the pragmatic tools necessary to navigate the job market, but to also gain an appreciation for the character traits necessary to succeed in their future endeavors. The full program is supported by the latest research in developmental psychology and has objectively proven its worth for thousands of participants. ACE partners with caring corporations, celebrities and the entertainment industry, pro and college sports teams, schools, and community-based groups, all with the shared vision of providing proven resiliency training to the next generation of influencers, leaders, and valued members of our communities.

The Challenge

One of the great challenges of contemporary education is engaging youth, our next generation of leaders, with opportunities that inspire, motivate, and equip them for an opportunity filled future. Several significant issues exist in today’s educational institutions which serve as major obstacles to future success, which the ACE/AOC program seeks to address. These issues include;

  • Drug and Alcohol Abuse

  • School Dropout/Truancy

  • Lack of effective workforce preparedness

  • Mental Health Issues

While these issues are significant enough on their own, this list does not encapsulate the totality of the challenges facing our aspiring youth. As experienced educators, we recognize the complex landscape of contemporary education and social interaction amongst young people, and has therefore sought to create a course of instruction which can help a student navigate not only these problems, but also deal with the unknown in a confident and capable manner.

“ There are more than 75 million students enrolled in schools in the United States. They are the successors to today’s business leaders. The problem is, approximately 30% of those students will drop out or fail to graduate from school. About 50% of minorities are dropping out.”

Jim Clifton | Chairman and CEO, Gallup
